Cookies
Some of the websites use so-called cookies. Cookies do not cause any damage to your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies serve to make our offer more user-friendly, effective and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser. The cookies we use are so-called “persistent cookies”. Persistent cookies are automatically deleted after a specified period, which may vary depending on the cookie. You can delete cookies at any time in your browser’s security settings. You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and allow cookies only in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general, and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be limited. Our website does not use cookies.
Web Tracking Procedures (Reach Measurement)
Analysis programs and other techniques for evaluating your usage behavior are not used on our website.
Active Components
We do not use any active components such as Java applets or ActiveX controls within the scope of our web offering. JavaScript is required to provide the search function and the option of encrypted contact. If you have disabled JavaScript in your internet browser, these functionalities will not be available to you or only to a limited extent; however, use of our website is still possible.
Use of Google Analytics
(1) This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer and enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is generally transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. If IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will, however, be shortened by Google within Member States of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area beforehand.
Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide further services to the website operator related to website use and internet use.
(2) The IP address transmitted by your browser within the scope of Google Analytics will not be merged with other data held by Google.
(3) You can prevent the storage of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings in your browser software; however, we point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent. You can also prevent the collection by Google of the data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available at the following link:
http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de
(4) This website uses Google Analytics with the extension “_anonymizeIp()”. This means that IP addresses are processed in shortened form, so that a direct personal reference can be excluded. If the data collected about you contains a personal reference, this is therefore immediately excluded and the personal data is deleted without delay.
(5) We use Google Analytics to analyze and regularly improve the use of our website. The statistics obtained enable us to improve our offering and make it more interesting for you as a user. For the exceptional cases in which personal data is transferred to the USA, Google has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EUUS-Framework. The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is Art. 6(1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR.

Integration of Google Maps
(1) On this website we use the services of Google Maps. This allows us to display interactive maps directly on the website and enables you to conveniently use the map function.
(2) By visiting the website, Google receives the information that you have accessed the relevant sub-page of our website. In addition, the data mentioned under Section 3 of this policy is transmitted. This occurs regardless of whether Google provides a user account through which you are logged in or whether no user account exists. If you are logged in to Google, your data will be directly assigned to your account. If you do not wish your data to be associated with your Google profile, you must log out before activating the button.
Google stores your data as usage profiles and uses them for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or needs-based design of its website. Such an evaluation is carried out in particular (even for users who are not logged in) to provide needs-based advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles; to exercise this right, you must contact Google.
(3) Further information on the purpose and scope of data collection and its processing by the plug-in provider can be found in the provider’s privacy policies. There you will also find further information on your rights in this regard and setting options for protecting your privacy:
http://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy. Google also processes your personal data in the USA and has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-USFramework.
Use of Google AdWords Conversion Tracking
(1) We use Google AdWords to draw attention to our attractive offers on external websites with the help of advertising materials (so-called Google AdWords). In relation to the data of the advertising campaigns, we can determine how successful individual advertising measures are. We thereby pursue the interest of showing you advertising that is of interest to you, making our website more interesting for you, and achieving a fair calculation of advertising costs.
(2) These advertising materials are delivered by Google via so-called “ad servers”. For this purpose, we use ad server cookies through which certain parameters for measuring success, such as ad impressions or clicks by users, can be measured. If you reach our website via a Google ad, a cookie is stored on your PC by Google AdWords. These cookies generally lose their validity after 30 days and are not intended to personally identify you. The following are generally stored as analysis values for this cookie: the unique cookie ID, number of ad impressions per placement (frequency), last impression (relevant for post-view conversions) and opt-out information (marking that the user no longer wishes to be addressed).
(3) These cookies enable Google to recognize your internet browser. If a user visits certain pages of an AdWords customer’s website and the cookie stored on their computer has not yet expired, Google and the customer can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to that page. Each AdWords customer is assigned a different cookie. Cookies therefore cannot be tracked across the websites of AdWords customers. We ourselves do not collect and process any personal data in the advertising measures mentioned. We only receive statistical analyses from Google. On the basis of these analyses, we can recognize which of the advertising measures used are particularly effective. We do not receive any further data from the use of the advertising materials; in particular, we cannot identify users on the basis of this information.
(4) Due to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection with Google’s server. We have no influence on the scope and further use of the data collected by Google through the use of this tool and therefore inform you according to our level of knowledge: By integrating AdWords conversion tracking, Google receives the information that you have accessed the relevant part of our website or clicked on one of our ads. If you are registered with a Google service, Google may assign the visit to your account. Even if you are not registered with Google or are not logged in, it is possible that the provider obtains and stores your IP address.
(5) You can prevent participation in this tracking procedure in various ways:
- a) by adjusting your browser software accordingly; in particular, blocking third-party cookies will result in you not receiving any ads from third-party providers;
- b) by deactivating cookies for conversion tracking by setting your browser to block cookies from the domain “www.googleadservices.com”, https://www.google.de/settings/ads, whereby this setting will be deleted if you delete your cookies;
- c) by deactivating interest-based ads from providers that are part of the self-regulatory campaign “About Ads” via the link http://www.aboutads.info/choices, whereby this setting will be deleted if you delete your cookies;
- d) by permanently deactivating in your browsers Firefox, Internet Explorer or Google Chrome under the link http://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin. We point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this offer to their full extent.
(6) The legal basis for the processing of your data is Art. 6(1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. Further information on data protection at Google can be found here: http://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy and https://services.google.com/sitestats/de.html. Alternatively, you can visit the website of the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) at http://www.networkadvertising.org. Google has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.
Secure Data Transmission
As transport encryption, we provide HTTPS and the current encryption protocol TLS 1.2 for our website. We recommend keeping your internet browser up to date to ensure secure transmission of your data during transport. Decryption of this data is only possible for us.
