Manuka honey from New Zealand is widely known for its exceptional healing properties and is gaining increasing popularity in Europe. While you can source liquid Manuka honey with MGO levels ranging from 100+ to 800+ from us, we now offer an innovative solution for dry applications.

At Hafen-Mühlen-Werke GmbH, we have specialized in high-quality dry specialty products for decades, enabling our customers to create unique formulations. We are proud to introduce Manuka Honeypowder HALOGOLD 50 (Art.-No. 40255) – a premium-grade solution that combines the benefits of Manuka honey with the versatility of a dry format.

This free-flowing, light beige powder retains the distinctive taste of Manuka honey and is produced through a special vacuum freeze-drying process, using maltodextrin as a carrier. For its production, we use only the finest Manuka honey with a minimum MGO content of 100 (MGO 100+). The MGO concentration is independently verified by leading analytical laboratories such as QSI. We supply this unique ingredient in sealed 10 kg aluminum bags, which also represents the minimum order quantity (MOQ).

For bulk orders starting at 500 kg of finished product, we can accommodate higher MGO concentrations by using liquid Manuka honey with increased potency. Depending on availability, we offer MGO levels of 250+, 400+, and even up to 800+, allowing you to create premium-quality formulations tailored to your customers’ needs.
